We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrical Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support mission-critical data center projects through design review, commissioning, operational readiness, and facility operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure supporting Tier III and Tier IV data centers, with the ability to evaluate operational risks, develop procedures, and support clients across all phases of the facility lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with critical electrical systems, operational best practices, electrical safety, switching procedures, energized work controls, and critical environment procedures. This includes the development, review, and validation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Methods of Procedure (MOPs). You will play a key role in reviewing electrical designs for operability, maintainability, reliability, and resiliency; supporting commissioning and operational readiness; and serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical expertise for critical electrical systems, including utility service, MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, STS, ATS, PDUs, RPPs, busway systems, emergency generators, generator paralleling systems, BESS, grounding and bonding systems, protective relaying, and power monitoring systems. Review electrical designs for operability, maintainability, reliability, resiliency, redundancy, and compliance with client operational standards. Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, commissioning readiness reviews, operational readiness assessments, project meetings, and technical workshops. Evaluate electrical system performance, operational risk, redundancy strategies, switching sequences, failure modes, maintenance bypass arrangements, and reliability objectives. Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for critical electrical infrastructure. Review maintenance procedures, electrical operating practices, test procedures, switching procedures, energized work controls, commissioning reports, and operational acceptance documentation. Develop, review, edit, and approve SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs, ensuring alignment with client standards, applicable codes, electrical safety requirements, and industry best practices. Conduct technical reviews of procedures for operational accuracy, safety, risk mitigation, and alignment with actual facility configurations. Facilitate procedure validation exercises, tabletop reviews, operational readiness workshops, and cross-functional technical reviews. Support change management and operational governance programs related to electrical systems, switching operations, maintenance activities, and facility operations. Verify that electrical systems operate in accordance with design intent, approved sequences, client requirements, and operational reliability objectives. Prepare clear and technically accurate documentation, including engineering reports, risk assessments, operating procedures, technical evaluations, and review comments. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and coordinate with engineering, commissioning, construction, contractor, project management, and operations teams. Support business development activities by providing electrical technical expertise during client engagements, where required. QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, electrical operations, commissioning, mission-critical engineering, facility operations, or comparable technical environments. Minimum 5+ years of direct data center or critical facilities operations experience. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure supporting critical facilities and Tier III / Tier IV data centers. Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and validating SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs. Job Description:We are looking for an experienced FM Engineer to join our Facilities Management team.  Responsibilities

 Manage and improve building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection.

 Lead capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility expansions.

 Coordinate and plan project work utilizing internal skilled trades and outside vendors.

 Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations.

 Identify and implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.

 Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.

 Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams

 Inspecting buildings and facilities to identify any issues related to structural, electrical, plumbing, or other systems

 Monitoring systems performance and functionality, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades

 Documenting procedures, incidents, maintenance activities and keeping an inventory of all building components and equipment

 Addressing emergency issues promptly and coordinating swift responses

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of building systems and facility codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CAD software and project management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of basic finance and capital project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and leadership skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Good analytical/critical thinking
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilities Engineers having professional certifications such as Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) will be an advantage.
