How This Role Works:</b>
</p><ul><li><b>Fixed-Shift Commitment (&ldquo;Anchor Shifts&quot;):</b> You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.</li>
<li><b>Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:</b> In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.</li></ul><p>
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b>
</p><ul><li>Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, remaining prepared to perform assigned armed post duties in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal standards.</li>
<li>Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access permissions, and report suspicious, unusual, and/or unauthorized activity to help to deter security-related concerns.</li>
<li>Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, completing required reports, and following post orders, including procedures related to emergencies, disturbances, and/or sensitive areas.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b>
</p><ul><li>An armed guard card/license is required.</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>A guard card/license is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
