 THE ROLE:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Will lead and manage engineering and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations of machinery, equipment, electric installation and production facilities by implementing preventive and proactive maintenance strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Will be responsible to comply with all the rules and regulations governing industrial utilities connections and will be Maintaining all HSE standards to achieve third party certifications and industry best practice.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Will oversee Planning &amp; Execution of budget of the E&amp;I, Mechanical and Utilities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for CAPEX, OPEX, BOM, R&amp;M-execution, installation, erecting and commissioning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Documentation of department work order, equipment testing and history record, calibration procedures &amp; log sheets checking &amp; implementing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Shall conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Sc. Electrical/mechanical/Electronics engineer with 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within footwear or export-oriented textile manufacturing units.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in industrial machinery, electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, safety standards and compliance regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
