Job Summary</b></h2><p>
As the Faculty Support Coordinator, you will provide professional administrative and technological support to Michigan Ross faculty. You will contribute to our positive and inclusive work community by building trusting partnerships across the school, dedicated to meeting the academic needs of the faculty. You will report to the Faculty Support Supervisor.</p><p>
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of a minimum of three days per week on-site. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Operations and Administration, the Senior Administrative Coordinator, Faculty Services for the School of Film and Television (SFTV), will serve as the primary administrative support for designated SFTV department chairs.

</p></li><li><p>Oversee updates and maintenance of department/program webpages and faculty profiles; ensure information is current, accurate, and accessible.
</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain written documentation outlining internal SFTV practices and standard operating procedures specific to role, supporting the Operations Department goals and initiatives.

 Wilmington College invites applications for an administrative position as Student Success and Reentry Navigator for the Prison Education Program, to begin as soon as possible. This is a full-time, 12-month administrative position that is responsible for assisting currently and formerly incarcerated Wilmington College students with the resources and support they need to achieve their academic goals. Wilmington College currently provides bachelor&rsquo;s degree programs at Lebanon Correctional Institution (LeCI), Warren Correctional Institution (WCI), and Dayton Correctional Institution (DCI).<br>

 To support students&rsquo; academic goals, the Student Success and Reentry Navigator works with incarcerated students to determine what resources are needed to reach the student&rsquo;s academic and professional goals. For students who transition into the community, the Navigator will engage with formerly incarcerated students as an initial point of contact. In addition, the Navigator provides learning services to support students enrolled at the College&rsquo;s Prison Education Program sites. The Navigator liaises with the PEP Academic Area Coordinator, Site Coordinators, the PEP Program Manager, and the Academic Resources Office at the main campus to oversee and coordinate the recruiting, training, and evaluation of tutors, including peer tutors. This position also oversees and coordinates the supplemental instruction program as needed by PEP instructors.<br>

 This position works directly with incarcerated students in the correctional facilities and is expected to work alternating sites for program support in the Lebanon Correctional Institution, Warren Correctional Institute, and Dayton Correctional Institute, including some evenings each week. Designing, executing, and evaluating a tutoring and academic success plan that best serves the students of the PEP program</li><li>
Providing tutoring in an area of academic need (such as writing support, quantitative skills, or business management skills)</li><li>
Working with English faculty to provide undergraduate writing support services</li><li>
Working with Business and Math faculty to provide quantitative skills and business skills support services</li><li>

Tracking the time and schedule for all tutors</li><li>
Overseeing and coordinating a supplemental instruction (SI) program as needed by PEP instructors</li><li>

Providing incarcerated and formerly incarcerated students with advising and planning specific to their unique needs to increase completion post release</li><li>
Coordinating localized navigation models, referral platforms, intervention efforts, relationships with community-based organizations, etc.</li><li>
Meeting and coordinating with regional organizations who will assist formerly incarcerated people with housing, financial needs, healthcare, employment, and other basic services</li><li>
Partnering with like-minded programs in Ohio to develop regional re-entry workshops</li><li>
Networking with other college reentry navigators to share best practices and facilitate connecting students with community resources</li></ul></div><p>

The Ross Proctor Coordinator leads the recruitment, training, and oversight of exam proctors to ensure secure, consistent, and high-quality exam administration across Ross. This role is responsible for managing proctoring operations, maintaining exam integrity, and ensuring all testing protocols and accommodation requirements are executed effectively.</p><p>
In partnership with the Ross Accommodations Coordinator, this position supports the planning and execution of accommodated, regular, and conflict exams. The role serves as a subject matter expert on proctoring processes and plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and equitable testing experience for faculty and students.</p><p>
This position reports to the Faculty Support Senior Supervisor and may require evening hours during peak exam periods.</p><p>
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of a minimum of three days per week on-site. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.</p><p>

Responsibilities*</b></h2><p><b>
Proctor Management (40%)</b></p><ul><li>
Recruit, interview, hire, and supervise a pool of exam proctors.</li><li>
Design and deliver training programs to ensure proctors understand and adhere to exam protocols, accommodations requirements, and academic integrity standards.</li><li>
Forecast proctoring needs and establish proctoring shifts based on exam demand and complexity; conduct targeted outreach to fill high-need shifts.</li><li>
Monitor proctor performance during exam sessions and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed.</li><li>
Approve and reconcile proctor timesheets in Wolverine Access.</li><li>
Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support peak exam periods.</li></ul><p><b>
 Exam Coordination (40%)</b></p><ul><li>
Partner closely with the Accommodations Coordinator to plan and execute proctoring support for all exam types (accommodated, regular, and conflict exams).</li><li>
Coordinate exam logistics by communicating coverage plans, connecting proctors and instructors, and sharing approved accommodation information as needed.</li><li>
Manage and distribute parking passes and reconcile parking tracking log.</li><li>
Develop and manage tools (e.g., SignUpGenius, surveys, tracking systems) to streamline communication and scheduling.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of proctor assignments, exam coverage, and operational data.</li><li>
Monitor exam sessions to ensure compliance with established procedures and address issues in real time.</li><li>
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.</li></ul><p><b>
 Customer Service and Communication (20%)</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for proctoring-related inquiries from faculty, staff, and proctors.</li><li>
Communicate clearly with faculty regarding exam support, logistics, and expectations.</li><li>
Provide guidance and troubleshooting for unique or complex exam needs.</li><li>
Build and maintain a reliable, engaged pool of proctors throughout the academic year.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless coordination of exam operations.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications*</b></h2><ul><li>
College degree or equivalent education.</li><li>
Minimum of 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in a higher education environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience coordinating or overseeing the work and performance of others.</li><li>

Salary Information:</b></p><p>
The salary offer range for this position is $50,300 to $59,000. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
