The Therapist will be responsible for providing relationship counseling, counseling, psychology, family therapy, and mental health support. Clients will be provided by office. Pay is %70-%30 split. Collection varies based on insurance payments which ranges from $100 for hybrid to $150 for in person ( usually somewhere in between). Summary of Duties:</b></p><p>
The Family Foundations Program has a full-time Master&rsquo;s level position available for a therapeutic team leader to provide eco-systemic structural family therapy and support services to families identified for intensive in-home family therapy. This position needs a flexible, motivated self-starter who will enjoy the benefits of excellent on-going clinical training, flexible hours, and supportive co-workers. Includes rotation of 24-hour on call among staff, plus regular evening hours.</p><p>
This position is based at the Agency&rsquo;s Carone Center located at 29 Pearl Avenue in Oil City, PA.</p><p>
This position reports directly to the Family Foundations Program Director of Family Service &amp; Children&rsquo;s Aid Society with formal supervision available on a regular basis and informal supervision available ongoing. This position also reports indirectly to the Chief Executive Director of Family Service &amp; Children&rsquo;s Aid Society.</p><div><b>
Required Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychiatry, psychology, nursing, education, or any graduate degree in a human service field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years direct care experience with children or adolescents.</li><li>Computer, written &amp; verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Acts 34-73-151 clearances, valid PA driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul></div><p><b>
