Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst
📍 Doha, Qatar | Freelance Contract
Experience: 2–4 years
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst to support compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives, ensuring competitive and consistent reward practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation and benefits analysis and related HR projects.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to assess competitiveness.
- Analyze salary structures, job levels, pay ranges, and compensation data.
- Support annual compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and incentive processes.
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and employee data.
- Support the development and implementation of total rewards policies and practices.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance , or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, organized, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.
