The Gaming Enforcement Division is a statewide division. Target Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 if located in Washington, D.C. Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
</div><div>Required:</div><ul><li>
BA/BS with strong academic credentials</li><li>
Minimum four years of paralegal experience at a medium or large law firm with experience at trial, regulatory litigation, or arbitration hearings</li><li>
Proficient at Microsoft Office applications and litigation support software</li></ul><p>
Preferred:</p><ul><li>
Writing sample submitted with resume</li><li>
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program
</li><li>Experience with international arbitration</li><li>
Foreign language skills, specifically Spanish or Mandarin Chinese</li></ul><div>
