DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform appropriate truck, trailer and equipment inspections for operation when required; document and communicate issues as needed. Any other duties ask to be performed by superiors. Tolerance of all-weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc) Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE JOB
Some of our larger, out-of-town projects follow a travel schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with 12+ hour days. For these jobs, we provide hotel lodging, per diem, and travel reimbursements. This schedule only applies to specific projects. Most of our crews work a regular schedule of 4-10s or 5-8s, with overtime available as needed. Traveling is mandatory for this position.
This is not a laid-back or light-duty job-it's a fast-paced, hands-on role that's both physically and mentally demanding. But for those who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, it's also incredibly rewarding.
