As the Fiber Splicer II-Outside Plant Construction in Delavan, WI you will be responsible for the placement of enclosures, splicing, testing, and documentation of outside plant fiber optic facilities with relation to Outside Plant Construction projects. We are looking for an experienced Fiber Optic Technician-pay range $50,000.00-$65,000.00
Fiber Optic Technician:
Installation of equipment, Splicing, and Testing of Fiber Optic Cables and related equipment. Experience preferred. A Current CDL is preferred, and receives extra compensation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Out of town travel as required 
2.) Ability to work in adverse weather conditions 
3.) Ability to lift 50 lbs. 
4.) Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed 
5 .) Ability to use a variety of hand/power tools 
6.) Must have a current valid drivers license 
7.) Perform other duties as assigned
TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS:
Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman 
Knowledge of company's policies and procedures 
Participate in weekly toolbox meeting
