 The Shift Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the Optical Fibre Draw Tower, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and adherence to safety and operational standards.  Primary Responsibilities

 Operate and monitor all die floor activities across three shifts as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 Ensure achievement of shift production targets, maintaining required yield and product quality.

 Maintain all equipment in optimal working condition and ensure minimal downtime.

 Conduct regular inspections and submit shift performance and progress reports.

 Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective or improvement measures.
