Opportunity Overview
The Teradyne Field Applications team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and driven Field Application Engineer, who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to determine and develop imaginative, thorough, and practical application solutions.
In this entry level position, we are looking for a strong foundation in the related core engineering areas (electronics and software development), such that advanced technical skills and expertise in the ATE industry can be quickly developed. Develop knowledge and expertise on semiconductor device testing.</li><li>
Develop, debug and deployment of test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for Digital, High-Speed Digital, System on Chip, Mixed Signal and Analog semiconductor devices.</li><li>
Test program software development, often done in collaborative environment</li><li>
Load board / probe card schematics design and layout review for a test solution</li><li>
Analyze problems and recommend solutions on Teradyne ATE platform to optimize customer throughput</li><li>

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Field Applications Engineer is a key technical expert responsible for helping customers successfully deploy and use ConnectDER's MSA products. In this role, you'll work closely with installers, partners, and AHJs to troubleshoot issues, provide hands-on and remote support, and ensure installations run smoothly.

We are transforming solar adoption by focusing on a critical part of the installation process, making it faster, simpler, and more scalable. You'll be on the front lines of this innovation, supporting cutting-edge solar technology and helping installers navigate real-world challenges as the industry grows.

You'll also serve as a trusted technical resource by educating stakeholders on ConnectDER's MSA product line, translating complex concepts into clear guidance, and contributing to technical documentation and standards research. If you enjoy solving technical problems and working directly with customers to bring clean energy technology into the field, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Duties include:

<li>Customer Support &amp; Resolution: Serve as second-tier technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex customer inquiries promptly via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, ticket system), and providing detailed reporting such as root cause analysis.</li>

 to join our Sales Support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong lubrication expertise with customer-facing and commercial support experience.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct lubrication audits for industrial and mobile equipment.
