About The Role: Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides field/remote clinical, technical &amp; educational support to the urology accounts at KSA. A Day in the Life:
The Clinical Field Specialist will provide education on products within the Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio through intra-operative case coverage, coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service education programs in the ICU, OR, and other acute care areas. They will also provide physicians and medical staff with clinical instructions to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome throughout continuum of care while anticipating and foreseeing obstacles and planning accordingly for smooth execution. We expect our CFS to advocate with clinicians to uncover other opportunities to expand the use for Advanced Patient Monitoring products. One way they have found success is by, identifying and training select hospital staff members to act as designated guide on BD products. None of this can be done, without collaborating with sales reps and managers to implement a strategic plan of action in their respective territory! Lastly, this person will be responsible for validating software and hardware updates in the field as applicable.
This position requires travel through Austin, TX territory. We are looking for someone who lives in this region.

What we are looking for in you
<ul><li>Successful candidates will have a BS or MS in Biology or Life Sciences, and a minimum of 2 - 5 years&rsquo; experience in a biotech/pharma company working in process development and/or a GMP controlled manufacturing or research environment. Experience with mammalian cell culture or bacterial fermentation for biologics development and production is highly desired. Ability to travel up to 75%.</li>
<li>Candidates with experience in antibody assay development and characterization, validations, process automation, bioreactor and cell culture process development and/or prior experience with Nova BioProfile equipment or other cell culture process monitoring equipment will be given additional consideration.</li>

The Field Applications Engineer is responsible for technical support to customer's PCB design and manufacturing groups. This position will support design activities of, primarily, Rigid, Rigid-Flex, HDI, and uHDI PCBs for Aerospace &amp; Defense OEMS through early engagement in the customers&rsquo; design cycle and provide feedback on routing and layout techniques, offer cost trade-off analysis of PCB stack-ups, material selection, reliability, signal integrity and other electrical and mechanical requirements based on the customers&rsquo; end use application. Activity will include involvement in IRAD initiatives to support new product/process development with a focus on sintered paste technology, embedded actives/passives, innovative solutions and new technologies. This position will be remote with preferred Eastern region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFV (Design for Value) support to customer engineering and design teams for new designs and existing design improvement with a focus on reducing customers design cycle time
</li><li>Collaborate with customer designers to improve quality and completeness of their design packages and help them by identifying design problems related to manufacturability and reliability test
</li><li>Support drawing reviews prior to design release and help architect drawing notes to support the specific design and manufacturing needs
</li><li>Thorough knowledge of industry specification (IPC) requirements as well as customer developed specifications requirements
</li><li>Update customer design and manufacturing groups on TTM capabilities and technology roadmap through formal presentations
</li><li>Provide TTM manufacturing facilities insight into future customer needs, technology requirements and identify gaps in TTMs ability to support those future needs. Facilitate customer technical needs with TTM engineering and operations
