<p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in industrial or civil construction quality control.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of concrete, earthwork, foundations, and structural civil practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, AWS, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Proficient in field documentation and quality tracking software.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work in outdoor and industrial jobsite environments.</li>
<li>Achieved or working towards NCCER accreditation in Industrial Carpentry or Commercial Carpentry. New Hires will have 6 months to pass NCCER assessment.</li>
<li>Candidates for this position should have (4) year&rsquo;s related experience in Industrial Carpentry or Commercial Carpentry work.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Stand or walk for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects.</li>
<li>Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects while carrying tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.</li>
</ul>

<li>Hard hat</li>
<li>Protective eyewear: Monogoggles, safety glasses, face shield</li>

<ul>
<li>Protective footwear: must meet ANSI Z41.1 at a minimum</li>
<li>Corrective eyewear: must meet ANSI Z87.1 or can wear eye protection that meets ANSI Z87.1 over non-ANSI Z87.1 corrective eyewear</li>
</ul>
