</li><li>For construction work undertaken within EEC countries, ensure that relevant pressure systems i.e. equipment and/or piping systems, defined within the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) are approved by the Notified and/or Certification Bodies and appropriately CE marked. Facilitate the site audits on mechanical contractors by these Bodies to ensure compliance with PED requirements and that the QC Dossiers are compiled correctly
</li><li>Ensure that field personnel have access to the relevant national and international codes, standards, and specifications, which are maintained to be current

Position is responsible for monitoring multiple project activities, including inspections of major equipment received onsite, compliance with specifications, procedures, drawings, submittals and ensuring inspections and tests are qualified and complete. Employee must develop a thorough understanding of the project scope and schedule as they relate to multiple specific assignment. Train and mentor craft level employees in their respective duties and responsibilities as assigned.</p><p><b><br>
Location &amp; Travel:</b> Onsite in Rosebud, Texas. In addition to your base salary, you&rsquo;ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment. This role includes regular rotational travel home from the job site. A company vehicle and fuel card will also be provided.</p><p><b><br>

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.</li><li>
Oversee daily substation construction activities, inspecting work quality including excavation, concrete, rebar, grounding, steel, wiring, and electrical checks.</li><li>
Verify construction aligns with design documents; review inspection reports and resolve non-conformances.</li><li>
Maintain key logs: material tracking, testing/inspection, concrete, and non-conformance.</li><li>
Manage submittals, ensuring materials match approved specs and project schedules.</li><li>
Perform basic surveying and verify line, grade, and dimensions.</li><li>
Record and report daily progress, identifying and addressing deficiencies promptly.</li><li>
Document approved field changes and maintain red-line drawings.</li><li>
Coordinate closely with client quality staff to meet QA/QC standards.</li><li>
Compile operations and maintenance manuals with key contacts and warranties.</li><li>
Support punch list inspections and determine calibration status of testing equipment.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers and estimators on project support and future planning<b>.</b></li></ul><p><b><br>
Education and Work Experience Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related degree preferred</li>
Experience in related construction field is preferred<br>
