The Field Marketing Specialist is a strategic thinker and execution powerhouse responsible for Pathify&rsquo;s presence at 75+ annual in-person events, ranging from small regional trade shows to sprawling marquee conferences. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this individual serves as the primary driver for Pathify&rsquo;s event-based revenue, owning the event lifecycle from sponsorship to teardown. 
</div><div>This is not a purely logistical role. The Field Marketing Specialist is expected to translate event investment into measurable pipeline impact. They are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet tracking budgets and at a conference booth talking with customers and prospects. 
</div><div>This role requires developing strong relationships across the organization and a desire to support our Sales and Account Management teams. The Field Marketing Specialist must be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for attendees while being an ambassador for the Pathify brand. 
</div><div>The Field Marketing Specialist is also responsible for maintaining our inventory of promotional materials and swag, managing our Golden, Colorado, storage unit and ensuring timely shipping of materials to event locations.

Key Responsibilities</h3><div> 

Essential Functions: 
</div>Evaluate conference and sponsorship opportunities &mdash; researching audience fit and alignment with pipeline goals &mdash; and make attendance recommendations

</li>Select event materials &mdash; banners, tablecloths, signage and sales enablement assets &mdash; identifying gaps and overseeing production when needed

</li>Confirm event roster and serve as the primary logistics owner for attendees: travel, accommodations, on-site coverage schedule and attire

The Marketing Specialist will provide support to all Park District departments (Recreation, Parks, Facilities and the Foundation) for internal and external advancement and support of a consistent brand message for the West Fargo Park District and its sub-brands. The Marketing Specialist drives community engagement and promotes the facilities, programs, and events through social media, digital marketing, advertising, and print materials.</div>
