Beyond the initial training period, the position requires extensive and consistent travel.The services to be performed in this role include:<ul><li>Annual preventive maintenance and acrylic design life extension inspections on Perry and other manufacturer&rsquo;s hyperbaric chamber equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Equipment unloading, moving, pick-up, installation and HBO operator &amp; basic maintenance training on-site at client&rsquo;s locations.</li></ul><ul><li>Remote troubleshooting (via telephone and email), as well as regular and emergency repair or replacement part services on-site as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Completion and submission of documentation, including template reports which require customer acceptance and signature for regulatory compliance purposes.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordination with Perry Baromedical customer service, material management, shipping and finance departments to ensure advanced shipment of necessary replacement parts for planned as well as emergency service and other field services to be performed. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining retail store technologies, computer systems and peripherals, within retail store and commercial business environments. The Associate Field Service Technician may also perform equipment refurbishment, installation, relocation, discontinuance, product level engineering and configuration changes, upgrades and/or modifications, to products using well established documentation and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Operates in assigned territory and performs basic repairs and services on products, including problem determination utilizing well established, standard maintenance packages, diagnostics, reference documentation, system tools and service aids in identifying routine problems. Is also capable of performing a basic level of diagnostics and repair but may require occasional assistance from more experienced SRs to carry out difficult product repair activities. Main Duties: 
Diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment including Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Boom Lifts, and Scissor Lifts
 Provide courteous and professional service
 Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Company and OSHA Standards
 
Requirements: 
Prior experience repairing forklifts and/or heavy equipment
 Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
 Experience as a road mechanic a plus
 Welding / fabricating experience
 Exceptional customer service skill
 Clean driving record
 Stable work history
 Dependable, self-motivated professional

Compensation:
