This includes hardware replacements, troubleshooting, and installations for next business tickets (90%) and urgent tickets under a 4-hour SLA (10%). Work is gig-based with flexible scheduling, but we need reliable techs ready to respond within 4 hours for pending client requests. Local travel within 200 miles is required. All charges include expenses like tools and transportation.</p><p><b>IMPORTANT:</b> This is a 1099 independent contractor position. No employment relationship is established with Hype Telecom, LLC. You will operate as your own business entity, responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws. No benefits, overtime, or employee perks are provided.
