JOB PURPOSE 
The purpose of this position is to provide valuable support to the channel business teams in performance management and financial strategy development. 
 
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<ul><li> Driving Financial Performance.</li><li> Drive sales and financial performance of Modern Trade Channels.</li><li> Monitor Trade terms (TTS) and Customer profitability.</li><li> Lead sales budget, forecast, and phasing processes for the T&uuml;rkiye organization.</li><li> Identify financial risks and opportunities arising from market dynamics, inflation, and customer behavior.</li><li> Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis.</li><li> Act as a finance business partner to Sales and Commercial teams in T&uuml;rkiye.</li><li> Prepare &amp; Analyze Customer performance, and channel profitability.</li><li> Ensure accurate accruals and cut-off for TTS, and booking TTS Accruals in SAP on a monthly basis</li></ul>
Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations aligned with local business priorities.<ul><li> Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local &amp; Global Business Teams.</li><li> Monthly TTS Actual variance tracking and MT TTS Forecast submission.</li><li> Prepare monthly LT Finance presentations for T&uuml;rkiye leadership (if necessary).</li><li> Present performance vs budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers and corrective actions.
</li><li> Financial Control, Responsibility, and Digitalization.</li><li> Support compliance with internal controls, IFRS, and local statutory requirements</li></ul>
Coordinate closely with Accounting and OTC teams during period-end close 
Support digitalization and the simplification agenda of finance reporting, dashboards 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED 
Experiences &amp; Qualifications: 
&Oslash; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
&Oslash; At least 3-4 years of experience in finance, including Finance Business Partnering, FP&amp;A, Budget Management, Management Reporting, and financial audit.
&Oslash; Advanced English &amp; Turkish 
Skills 
&Oslash; Strong analytical capabilities with a bias to drive action.
&Oslash; Good understanding of finance process and operations.
&Oslash; Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and BW.
