 Your Role
 
 
 
 This role will be accountable for managing the below responsibilities within our Global Distributor Markets (GDM) for the MENA region
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage distributor spending budgets and validate trade claims in line with company policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit and documentation requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage trade spend deductions and coordinate claim resolution with Sales and Customer Service
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an up-to-date database of all customer contracts and commercial agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor business waste through periodic distributor stock counts and highlight variances to ensure stock hygiene
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and communicate price structures to central support teams and distributors, ensuring system accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Lipton marketing assets used for consumer activations in Kuwait
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the General Manager and Finance Team in preparing ad hoc reports and LT (Leadership Team) presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide performance analysis and financial insights on promotions, trade investments, and channel ROI
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to Finance in month-end closing activities&nbsp; (AR validation, provision reviews, and trade spend accruals)
 </li>

 Skills and Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and strong finance knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years of working within GCC on consumer goods
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience of driving operational efficiencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in distributor operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Compelling grip on business intelligence tools like PowerBI, MS Excel (with Macros)
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial spirit and progressive mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and tackling challenges directly, with a focus on delivering impactful results
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred:

 Graduate in Business Administration or any field of Management Sciences
 </li>

 Finance and accounting background
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of working with distributor/in distributor setup
