About the Role: 
We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Director of Finance, FP&A, to join our Finance leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic finance leader with strong business acumen and people leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
 In this role, you will partner closely with the business unit leadership and cross-functional teams to lead financial planning and analysis for our Specialty Chemical and Ingredients (SCI) business unit. Business partnering with Sales, Marketing and Commercial and Operations team playing a critical role in driving our growth agenda.
 This role requires someone who can lead all aspects of enterprise planning, as well as execute and take ownership of the day-to-day activities. Job Responsibilities:

<li>Directing the entire Planning cycle (Strategy, Forecast, Budget) for the SC&I business unit. You will:</li>

We are hiring a senior leader in B2B Strategic Finance to build and scale a new pillar within our finance organization.
