</h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, finance, accounting, project management, or related field.</li><li>
 5+ years of relevant project management, PMO, or operations experience&mdash;aligned with a Manager/Lead‑level role.</li><li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.</li><li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level updates.</li><li>
 Experience with project and delivery management tools.</li><li>
 Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse functional areas and influence without direct authority.</li><li>
 Experience delivering finance and accounting initiatives</li><li>
Experience within Tax, Accounting, Controllership, or broader Finance functions.</li><li>
 Familiarity with R&amp;D tax credits, transfer pricing, IRA energy credit requirements, and tax planning processes.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year
