Position DescriptionThe Finance Administrator will fulfill a central role on the LEAP team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger entries, reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, problem-solving skills and maintains confidentiality around financial information. If you have experience working with nonprofit accounting systems, particularly in a small-team environment, this role is an opportunity to put those skills to use.
