<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end FP&amp;A function for AWS Marketing Finance, owning planning, forecasting, and analysis.</li><li>Partner with the Marketing Strategy and Operations team to provide actionable financial insights that shape business priorities.</li><li>Execute annual and quarterly strategic financial forecasts through coss-functional collaboration.</li><li>Deliver insightful monthly financial reports to senior leadership to explain drivers of financial variances between actual and planned performance.</li><li>Drive the Month-End Close process and timelines across the AWS Marketing Finance organization.</li><li>Provide key strategic guidance around numerous high-impact workstreams, including marketing program investments, headcount expenses, capital allocation, revenue, and more.</li><li>Utilize financial systems and AI to generate, analyze, and communicate financial insights.</li><li>Spearhead standardization, streamlining, and improving processes.</li><li>Be self-driven and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience</li><li>5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience</li><li>5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience</li><li>5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field</li><li>5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>MBA, or CPA</li><li>Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results</li><li>Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)</li></ul><br>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
