Job Description</b></p><p>
As a Vice President on the Director Advisory Services (DAS) team you will play a key role specializing in the Referral (Search) business. Your role centers on connecting current and retired executives with board opportunities, supporting both first-time Directors and experienced board members seeking additional roles. You will drive candidate sourcing for board mandates, strengthen JPMorgan&rsquo;s presence with public, private, and private pre IPO technology companies, and build relationships internally and externally to support the growth of the business in alignment with strategic GIB VIP clients and breakthrough company targets.

As a Vice President in the Liquidity Risk Infrastructure Asset Class lead team, you will report directly to the Asset Class lead for the products that they are supporting while providing support and being responsible for assisting the Banking Asset Class leads in defining and developing the end-to-end products in LRI across all regions. The products covered span the firm&rsquo;s global businesses and includes all activities related to deposits, loan, cash, borrowings, and commitments activities. You will provide product support by gathering new or modified requirements to the products, conducting system gap analysis, measuring materiality, managing testing, providing defect reporting and resolution, designing and implementing operating models to support the products. In addition, you will be responsible for providing any metrics and for recording any approvals received to support the product development as well as communicating extensively with the Line of Business, Liquidity Risk Management, Corporate Treasury Middle Office and Liquidity Management to ensure product updates are validated and aligned with firm objectives.<br>

<b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Prepare analysis of Banking Book data for implementation across a suite of regulatory and internal management reports, analyzing the prescribed regulatory requirements when necessary</li><li>
Identify key data quality issues and drive remediation with technology teams across Liquidity Risk Infrastructure, Finance Risk Warehouse, and upstream source systems</li><li>
Collaborate with Liquidity Risk Policy, Oversight, Middle Office and technology teams to identify gaps, understand and implement requirements. Explore and offer innovative tactical and strategic solutions to address changes and data gaps</li><li>
Work with Liquidity Risk Infrastructure Technologies and line of business project teams on product development and management, including business model enhancements, regulatory rule changes, product consistency and leveraging the Liquidity Risk Infrastructure system and data for other firm initiatives</li><li>
Produce and present scorecards to senior management around project status, issues and risks</li><li>
Participate in the creation or review of Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications</li><li>
Assist in application tool development and refinement including redesign adjustment functionality within Liquidity Risk Infrastructure and the data analytics tool</li><li>
Facilitate and/or participate in user acceptance testing of the product, proactively identifying issues and tracking through to resolution</li></ul><p><b>
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</b></p><ul><li><p>
7+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Services with a background in Finance or Business Management</p></li><li>
Detail knowledge of all or any of the Banking products required such as Loans and Borrowings, Deposits and Cash, and Commitments</li><li>
Must be able to analyze and draw conclusions from large amounts of data in Excel</li><li>
Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must</li><li>
Self-starter and team player with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast paced and results driven environment with minimal oversight</li><li>
Ability to grasp large amounts of information, and a curiosity to ask appropriate questions to fully develop business and functional requirements</li><li>
