  The Role:
 </p>

  You will work closely with investment, finance, compliance, and investor relations teams across the full lifecycle of private funds and structured vehicles. Responsibilities will include:
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Leading fund formation activities, including structuring and coordination with external counsel
  </li>
  <li>
   Drafting and negotiating LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements, and co-invest documentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Advising on capital raising initiatives and strategic investor negotiations
  </li>
  <li>
   Supporting ongoing regulatory and governance matters at both the GP and fund level
  </li>
  <li>
   Partnering with the business on new product development and bespoke structuring initiatives
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing relationships with external counsel in the U.S. and internationally
  </li>
 </ul>

  This is a visible position with direct interaction with senior leadership and investment professionals.

   Progression to Deputy GC will happen in a 3-5 year window.

   A commercial mindset and the ability to operate autonomously in a growth environment
