 Minimum Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 to 7 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality, shared services, or multi-property operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, audit requirements, and hotel finance operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; Power BI, ERP, hotel PMS, and accounting system experience is an advantage.
 </li>

 Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities across departments and properties.
