The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $91,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

 Financial Analyst
 
 to join our dynamic team, responsible for investment underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the financial aspects of Hillwood Energy's investment endeavors both domestic and international, with a primary focus on our domestic portfolio. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, offering substantial exposure to senior management. Reporting to a Senior Associate with a dotted line reporting relationship to the EVP of Finance, you will need to demonstrate a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and modeling, coupled with practical business acumen.  Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Financial Modeling &amp; Analysis
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate acquisition, development, and divestiture opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of commodity prices, operating assumptions, capital plans, and financing structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct stress testing on deal structures to identify key risks, downside exposure, and break-even thresholds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze historical financial and operational data to support underwriting assumptions and valuation conclusions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development of cash flow forecasts, return analyses, and portfolio performance projections.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Transaction Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support due diligence efforts across technical, financial, commercial, and legal workstreams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams and third-party consultants to gather, validate, and interpret deal-related information.

 Participate in the review of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture terms, and other transaction documents.
 </li>

 Prepare investment memoranda and materials to support approval processes with senior leadership.

 Reporting &amp; Communication

 Prepare internal reports summarizing asset performance, valuation changes, operational updates, and financial metrics.

 Generate external reporting materials for partners, investors, and other stakeholders as needed.

 Develop and deliver presentation materials for management, investment committees, and internal meetings.

 Portfolio Monitoring &amp; Performance Tracking

 Track the financial and operational performance of existing assets and investments.

 Assist the Senior Associate and broader team with ad hoc analyses, research, and strategic projects.
