Prime Communications, AT&amp;T's largest privately held authorized retailer with nearly 2,000 retail stores nationwide, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the growing needs of our Financial Operations department. This department plays a vital role in driving Payroll Efficiency, Workforce Management Analysis, Schedule Optimization, and Operational Excellence across the organization.</p>

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and improving business processes and policies to ensure operational and financial efficiency across the sales channel.</p>

</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
. Manage updates to hourly employees' timecards, ensuring all missing-hour requests are accurately processed in a timely manner.</p>
<p>
. Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</p>

. Prepare, validate, and maintain recurring reports such as budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses.</p>

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR) to improve processes and support business objectives.</p>

. Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.</p>

. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.</p>
