   Ensure to respond to all dispute cases within specified timeframes.

   Excellent knowledge of the chargeback process and scheme rules &amp; guidelines.

   Maintain accurate records of chargeback cases and ensure that no missed cases to avoid financial losses.

   Ensure compliance with payment processing guidelines and legal requirements.

   Maintain accurate chargeback reconciliation file to determine the pending recovery cases and the flow of chargeback fund.

   Ensure to recover the chargeback losses from merchant within time.

  <li>
   Communicate with customers, banks (local &amp; international) schemes, and other parties involved to resolve chargeback.
  </li>

   Manage customer queries relating to chargebacks.

   Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis on claims, complaints, and chargebacks activities.
  </li>

   Communicate all relevant stakeholders for all related issues.
