 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and file income tax returns, withholding tax statements, and other direct tax filings in compliance with FBR regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all aspects of Sales Tax (GST) including monthly filing of ST returns on the IRIS portal and ensuring compliance with FBR sales tax laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of property transactions, construction costs, and project-based financial reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control across construction and property projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, corporate regulations, and internal financial policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process payroll and ensure accurate computation of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions.
 </li>

 Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams on financial approvals and vendor payments.

 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 CA ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation laws including Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and Sales Tax Act 1990.
 </li>

 Hands-on experience with Sales Tax return filing on the FBR IRIS portal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
 </li>
