SEC Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Denver, CO - Hybrid
(must live within commuting distance to Greenwood Village, CO)
Annual Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 DOE 
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for assisting in the preparation of our SEC filings, including the 10Q&rsquo;s and 10-K. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist in the preparation and review of the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K and manage the internal and external review for these documents and related releases.</li><li>
Assist in the review of quarterly presentations, call scripts and earnings releases.</li><li>
Review supporting documentation and analyses to support the financial statements, footnotes and MD&amp;A disclosures, including disclosure checklists and tie-out binders.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance and provide US GAAP interpretation.</li><li>
Work with internal and external auditors in conjunction with the annual year-end audit and interim reviews.</li><li>
Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements and continuously assess financial reporting process for improvements.</li><li>
Support month end and year end closing by appropriately accounting for debt, intangible assets, goodwill, stock compensation, equity and other transactions applicable to financial reporting.</li><li>
Review monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and related support schedules and account analyses.</li></ul><ul><li>
Assist with accounting and integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex accounting events.</li><li>
Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.</li><li>
Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.</li></ul>

 </li>

 Ensure daily revenue reports are reviewed accurately and any errors are identified and corrected on time.

 Oversee income audit processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation of revenue transactions.

 Supervise daily cash and bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.

 Lead daily Accounts Receivable reconciliations and weekly reconciliation of high-risk and key balance sheet accounts.

 Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper review, documentation, and follow-up on outstanding items.

 Resolve customer account discrepancies and coordinate with operations, front office, sales, and other departments where required.

 Oversee credit facility management in accordance with company policy and approved procedures.

 Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting efficiency, controls, and team productivity.

 Provide property managers and senior leadership with updates on financial performance, risks, cash flow, and operational issues.

 Communicate daily with stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters and support business operations.

 Work closely with operations teams on financial escalations, revenue concerns, billing disputes, credit issues, and cost control matters.

 Lead, guide, and support the finance team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely completion of tasks.

 Minimum Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.

 Minimum 5 to 7 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality, shared services, or multi-property operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, audit requirements, and hotel finance operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; Power BI, ERP, hotel PMS, and accounting system experience is an advantage.

 Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
