Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.</li><li>
Process and prepare loan applications.</li><li>
Take and process payments.</li><li>
Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.</li><li>
Balance assigned cash drawer daily.</li><li>
Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.</li><li>
Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.</li><li>
Other duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.</li><li>
Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.</li><li>
Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.</li><li>
