We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality &amp; Finishing Technician to provide repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in industrial finishing, commercial HVAC systems, air quality, filtration, and equipment maintenance who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working directly with customers, and supporting high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in the field</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of industrial and commercial systems</li>
<li>Lead industrial paint, finishing, filtration, HVAC, and indoor air quality maintenance projects</li>
<li>Provide technical training and support for customers and technicians</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment repairs and service needs</li>
<li>Document service work and maintain accurate service reports in company systems</li>
<li>Maintain and test service equipment and tools before and after use</li>

Required Experience

The salary range for this role is $30.37/hr. The salary rate provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
