 Military Naval Maintenance Management: Practical experience and an excellent understanding of Naval MRO including maintenance and repair policy and procedure

 Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential:

 5+ years of experience in marine engineering, naval support, or maritime MRO roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, coolers, HVAC systems, hydraulics, and marine machinery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use engineering tools (pressure gauges, flow meters, thermal cameras, vibration monitors, hydraulic test kits).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of class rules, naval standards, safety regulations, and shipboard machinery practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&amp;IDs), technical drawings, and OEM manuals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desirable:
 
 
 <ul>

 Experience working internationally and specifically in the Middle East would be advantageous.

 Working in, or interfacing with end users in the Middle East and surrounding region

 Experience with patrol boats, OPVs, corvettes, or fast attack craft.

 Knowledge of firefighting systems, water makers, deck machinery, and load-handling equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 OEM or technical training from marine equipment manufacturers (Alfa Laval, Sperre, Hamworthy, Heinen &amp; Hopman, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications: Marine Engineering Diploma/Degree, STCW III/1 or III/2, or equivalent defense technical qualification.
 </li>
