You will be responsible for maintaining clean books, managing commission structures, and providing high-level administrative support to the Broker.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all company income and expenses.</p><p>Commission Tracking: Calculate and track agent commissions and split structures.</p><p>Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions to create financial reports and market analysis.</p><p>Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statements and P&amp;L reports.</p><p>Audit Support: Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with brokerage standards.</p><p>Bank Reconciliation: Match and verify all incoming payments and bank transactions against our internal ledgers and financial software. You will ensure that payments received in our bank accounts is accurately recorded in our systems to maintain up-to-date and precise financial records.</p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><p>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required).</p><p>Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</p><p>Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.</p><p>Previous experience working within a Real Estate Brokerage is a major plus.</p><p>Language: High proficiency in written and verbal English.</p><p><b>Do you have experience working in a Real Estate Brokerage?</b></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: Remote</p>

 The Fiscal Bureau&rsquo;s Accounting Unit manages the primary financial functions of the agency with the responsibility of assisting and monitoring the agency&rsquo;s $191 million budget (FY26), which supports a staff of more than 1,200 employees&rsquo; ensuring and managing State and Federal revenues; maintaining and reconciling agency bank accounts; payment of invoices; and monitoring its financial health by reviewing financial statements and audits. Responsible for the financial management of grants received by KCDA; monitoring agency fiscal activity and conducting expenditure analyses; ensuring regulatory compliance; and analyzing fiscal operations.

 Under the supervision of the Assistant Deputy Director, the Bookkeeper&rsquo;s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

   Handling accounts payable activities including vendor payments using the City&rsquo;s Financial Management System (FMS), PASSPort and QuickBooks
  </li>

   Reconciling bank statements
  </li>
  <li>
   Tracking purchase orders and invoices received

   Examining invoices, claims, and vouchers to verify accuracy
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing filing of Accounts Payable documents
  </li>
  <li>
   Entering payee and vendor information into QuickBooks
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicating with vendors and KCDA Employees
  </li>
  <li>
   Attending Unit/Bureau meetings
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining appropriate Fiscal management tools, spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and reports
