Job Description
<ul><li>1. Design of Tools, Jigs, Fixtures &amp; Gauges using CAD software (2D &amp; 3D).
</li><li>2. Process planning, manufacturing feasibility study, and machining sequence planning.</li>
<li>3. Verification of designs in line with established design standards.</li>
<li>4. Comprehensive costing of tools, processes, and related activities.</li>
<li>5. Troubleshooting during tool, jig, and fixture manufacturing as well as try outs
</li><li>6. PPAP documentation and compliance, including PFMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.</li>
</ul>Candidate Profile:
<ul><li>Diploma in Tool Design &amp; Manufacturing from NTTF/GTTC/CTTC/IGTR or BE Mechanical / DME.</li>
<li>Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Press Tool, Gauge, or Fixture Design.
</li><li>Hands-on experience in Progressive, Draw, and Forming Tool Design.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of sheet metal operations.</li>
<li>Good understanding of tool manufacturing and design principles.</li>
