The role acts as a communication link between operations, drivers, and technicians to ensure maximum vehicle uptime.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Receive and register maintenance requests and breakdown reports from drivers or operations.</li>
<li>Coordinate truck movements to and from workshops efficiently and safely.</li>
<li>Follow up on repair progress with technicians and workshops to ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Coordinate and track spare parts requests, approvals, and availability.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, service history, and repair reports.</li>
<li>Communicate real-time truck status updates with the operations team.</li>
<li>Prepare regular maintenance reports, cost summaries, and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and company procedures.</li>
<li>Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.</li>

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>
Managing the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician
</li><li>Timely and accurate documentation and notation in all Cox Fleet systems regarding each customer contact
</li><li>Providing excellent customer service for all internal and external customer calls
</li><li>Be professional and establish positive customer rapport
</li><li>Obtain customers approval for all repairs and services to be performed
</li><li>Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business
</li><li>Partner and communicate consistently with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians to accounts, resulting in a positive customer experience
</li><li>Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent pipeline of work for each supported technician
</li><li>Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in Dispatching and Service Scheduling

Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
</li><li>Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant cross functional partners.
</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of tasks.
</li><li>Strong Excel and data entry skills, and the ability to learn new platforms (such as Cox Fleet IT Systems, including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer)
</li><li>Common knowledge of the trucking industry; experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in automotive/trucking would be very helpful.

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.<br>

You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. You will:<br>

Assess and assign all open events.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to make requested repairs.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to their requirements.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider's estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.</li></ul><br>
