 to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the company&rsquo;s vehicle fleet. The role ensures optimal fleet performance, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and minimal downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 <ul>

 Plan, manage, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for company vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor fleet performance, breakdown trends, and maintenance costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure vehicle availability and roadworthiness at all times.
 </li>

 Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and spare parts vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and follow up on maintenance schedules, service records, and documentation.
 </li>

 Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues and ensure proper repair.

 Control maintenance budgets and optimize costs.

 REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in fleet or automotive maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing vehicle fleets (passenger cars, vans, trucks &ndash; as applicable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and analyze maintenance data and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of MS Excel and maintenance tracking systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
