What the Fleet Implementation Manager role looks like:</div><ul><li>
Specifically, oversee multiple new shop launches and its operations and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as the Implementation Specialist.</li><li>
Lead, educate and develop employees.</li><li>
Monitor employee&rsquo;s performance and be accessible to all areas of the shop.</li><li>
Plan daily manpower to meet workload.</li><li>
Provide support to the operations team regarding all equipment related issues.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies.</li><li>
Perform administrative functions, including payroll approval, scanner downloads, repair order maintenance and compliance documentation.</li><li>
Address all corrective action regarding direct reports.</li><li>

Specific to new shop launches, must manage the following:</li></ul><ul><li>
Ensure all site launches stay on schedule and meet their designated Go Live Dates by working closely and in parallel with the New Business Integration (NBI) Team.</li><li>
Conduct site visits as needed for multiple locations.</li><li>
Conduct Fleet audit assessments for each site launch.</li><li>
Conduct EHS related audits and complete EHS related documents.</li><li>
Complete Tooling &amp; Parts audits and place orders accordingly.</li><li>
Work with Central Procurement on launch related activities &amp; items, i.e. submit a CapEx for MSCs, Tooling, Parts, Conex and other needed items.</li><li>
Work with NBI and the Operations Support Center (vended team) to ensure Roadside &amp; Towing needs are addressed.</li><li>
Work with NBI and Central Procurement on ensuring the proper vendors are setup to support the new site launch.</li><li>
Work with NBI to implement any IT or system integration related needs or requests.</li><li>
Work closely with Recruiting/Onboarding &amp; HR/Benefits as needed.</li><li>
Ensure proper Training needs &amp; Customer expectations are met and rolled out to the newly hired Team of Techs and Fleet Managers before site is handed over to this new Team.</li><li>
Ensure the newly hired staff are uniformed properly and have all of their IT equipments and/or Diagnostic Software.</li><li>
MUST be responsible for Quality Control &ndash; This Team will oversee the newly established Shops for a brief period of time for quality control purposes before completely pulling out and moving on to another new Account or Special Project.</li><li>
They will also assist with other Projects as needed (based on bandwidth).</li><li>
In general, ensure that the launch goes off without a hitch!</li></ul>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Primary focus points for the Fleet Operations Manager, while on-assignment in a given territory, include:</li><li>
Focus first on Safety, health, environmental compliance, and quality of work. Ensure all HazReps, Compliance Audits are complete in the Market Area. Minimize spills and quality of work events.</li><li>
Achieving Time to Repair and throughput targets for both vended and onsite mobile maintenance services.
</li><li>Ensure processes are defined and followed within your team, including inventory management, and on-time parts procurement.
</li><li>Accountable for regional Billability (technician utilization) targets, including meeting minimal billable hours requirements to satisfy P&amp;L targets.</li><li>
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
</li><li>Repair Order (RO) Management &ndash; Ensure incoming ROs are received, scheduled, completed, and closed according to client and business needs.</li><li>
Executive Presence &ndash; the Director of Operations and assigned area RGM will be an escalation point for the Fleet Operations Manager for disputes and customer service issues. Disputes must be handled with a root cause analysis that includes owners and ECDs for resolution, delivered to customer. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be a requirement.</li><li>
Cross Functional Leadership &amp; Teamwork &ndash; quickly establish solid relationships with business unit leadership and other senior executives. The ideal candidate builds bridges among all Amerit teams and works seamlessly with HR, Finance, Procurement, and all functions inside and outside of assigned segment.</li></ul>

5. Education of driver responsibilities as it relates to DVIR's, operation of fleet vehicles, and basic CDL requirements.

7. Monitor Dossier efficiencies to include inventory control, goals for improved performance, monitoring, measuring and reporting.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet performance, transport operations, and logistics coordination in Muscat.  Key Responsibilities

 Sales Strategy &amp; Planning
 </li>

 Develop territory sales plans, forecasts, and pipelines for trucks, buses, and special vehicles; align monthly/quarterly targets with business objectives.

 <li>
 Identify and prioritize growth segments (e.g., logistics, construction, oil &amp; gas, FMCG, public transport, municipalities, government tenders).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct competitor and market analysis (pricing, spec comparisons, financing trends) and recommend actions to protect margin and share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support annual budgeting, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and dealer network activation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business Development &amp; Account Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Prospect and convert new fleet customers; expand share of wallet with existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver technical&ndash;commercial proposals, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis, financing/leasing options, and ROI justifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute bid/tender participation (government &amp; corporate)&mdash;documentation, compliance, timelines, and post-bid follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate terms (price, delivery, warranties, service packages) within approved authority levels and ensure contract closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate CRM records: leads, opportunities, activities, and win&ndash;loss reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aftersales / Parts Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance packages, AMC, extended warranty, and driver training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive parts sales (genuine, OEM-approved) through demand planning, promotions, and targeted customer campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with workshop/service teams for pre-delivery inspections (PDI), commissioning, and first service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor fleet performance and initiate proactive uptime solutions (service clinics, mobile service, field technical visits).
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve escalations related to service quality, warranties, claims, and parts availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Experience &amp; Relationship Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and fleet operators; ensure end-to-end customer journey excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular reviews with customers on vehicle performance, driver feedback, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize product demos, roadshows, ride &amp; drive events, and technical briefings with customer teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely documentation (quotations, contracts, delivery notes, invoices, warranty registration, tax compliance).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain adherence to company SOPs, HSE, ethical sales practices, and local regulations (FBR, Provincial Excise/Tax).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with logistics for delivery schedules, with finance for credit approvals &amp; receivables, and with inventory teams for stock planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report weekly/monthly on sales performance, forecast accuracy, funnel health, and aftersales KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional &amp; OEM Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with MAN Truck &amp; Bus OEM teams for technical support, product updates, training, and marketing assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback for product localization (specs suited to Pakistani duty cycles, road conditions, fuel quality).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support dealer and channel partners with enablement materials, pricing, and compliance guidance.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Sales Volume &amp; Revenue: Units sold vs. target; revenue and margin.
 </li>

 Aftersales/Parts Performance: Parts revenue growth; service contract attach rate; warranty claim closure time.

 Pipeline &amp; Forecast Accuracy: Qualified opportunities, win rate, conversion cycle time.
 </li>

 Customer Metrics: NPS/CSAT, repeat purchase rate, contract renewal rate.

 Operational Metrics: DSO/receivables, tender success rate, documentation accuracy, compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uptime/Service KPIs: First-time fix rate, breakdown response time (where applicable).

 You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mechanical Engineering Degree from well reputed University or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 5 + years of related experience, preferably in similar industry and capacity
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in B2B fleet sales and aftersales/parts growth; tendering experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Principles of work preparation/ project management; leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepared to travel worldwide.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in technical report writing with Microsoft Office
