Communicate with ATC facilities to report irregularities or hazardous conditions as reported by crews.</li><li>
Issue updates to relevant stations and departments regarding delays, reroutes, cancellations, and equipment changes.</li><li>
Log all operational data and relevant communication in the Daily Log.</li><li>
Review turnover logs and ensure shift briefings are conducted between outgoing and incoming Flight Followers.</li><li>
Evaluate airports for suitability using company forms and procedures (e.g., Form 21AFF-05).</li><li>
Coordinate with departments to arrange crew travel, layovers, overfly permits, ground handling, and landing rights.</li><li>
Confirm crew and aircraft availability in accordance with the flight schedule.</li><li>
Load performance tools as required.</li><li>
Perform additional related duties as assigned by the SOC Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Knowledge in 14 CFR Part 121 and applicable FAA regulations, particularly. 121.125</li><li>
Proficient in interpreting METARS, TAFS, NOTAMS, and aircraft performance data.</li><li>
Strong decision-making and situational awareness in time-critical environments.</li><li>
Excellent communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and flight planning systems (e.g., NavBlue, Aerodata).</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as a part of a high functioning team.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or aviation-related coursework preferred.</li><li>
FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred or required (depending on company policy).</li><li>
Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p>
Physical Requirements:</p><ul><li>

   Maintain professional communication across multiple channels and distribute operational information to relevant departments

   Conduct physical inventory counts and pack additional equipment or products as needed

   Verify special meals and correct meal counts are prepared, packed, and assigned accurately for each flight

   Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer care

   Work hands-on with a team of Food Packers and assist on the assembly line as needed
  </li>

   Set up trays and prepare/package food in cooler or refrigerated environments

   Assist with inventory counts when required

   Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times
  </li>

   Report food safety or hygiene concerns to management and the food safety team
