Manage Qatar Airways Global Flight Dispatch (pre-tactical) and mission support (tactical) Operations.</p></li><li><p>
Liaise with Air Traffic Management Authorities, Integrated Operations Centre, Crew resources and other agencies for expediting operational support as well as organisational support whenever necessary to accomplish a mission safely and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>
Liaise with Flight Operations Engineers/Line Maintenance specialists equipped with the interpretation of Minimum Equipment List (MEL) for each aircraft type and its variants, to determine the health of an aircraft to accomplish the desired mission.</p></li><li><p>

Primary Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Coordinate scheduling Company aircraft between departments or individuals requesting the use of an airplane and the Flight Operations Chief Pilot, Senior Captain, and/or the individual flight crew.</li><li>
Coordinate activities such as aircraft availability, destination airport, Flight Service Operations (FSO), food requirements, ground transportation, and make hotel accommodations for flight crews and passengers.</li><li>
Prepare daily flight schedule and distribute to Company pilots, Maintenance Chief, and senior management.</li><li>
Assist Administration and department heads in the preparation of trip request forms, coordination of flights and securing approval from Administration.</li><li>
Receive all visitors to Flight Operations facilities.</li><li>
Answer telephones, faxes, paging for department personnel, and relay messages for employees.</li><li>
Notify appropriate personnel on fuel, freight and mail deliveries.</li><li>
Maintain/update emergency handbooks (Company Flight Operations Manual).</li><li>
Perform administrative support and related duties for the department and type correspondence for the Flight Operations Chief Pilot.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p><br>

Display high level of maturity and decorum to deal properly with important phone calls and confidential information</li><li>

<p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p><p>Patriot Air Charter is seeking a Chief Pilot / Captain to lead our Part 135 flight operations while serving asan active line pilot. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for regulatory compliance, pilotstandardization, and day-to-day flight operations.
