 A Day in the Life
 
 
 You kick off your shift reviewing work orders, then move to the floor to diagnose a gearbox vibration, align a motor-pump set with precision, and complete a clean TIG weld on stainless tubing needed for a process improvement. Throughout the day you&rsquo;ll collaborate with operators, study drawings and manuals, and apply methodical troubleshooting to restore uptime&mdash;always with PPE on and safety first.
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Handle
