Acts as the resource person for physicians and clinical staff for wound management. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Participates in quality improvement plan for the facility.

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64.8517 - $64.8517 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.</div>

 As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

 Providing high quality for patients suffering from personality disorders and autistic spectrum disorder with highly complex needs and behaviours
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
