Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing all food and beverage production aspects in coordination with the Production Food and Beverage Supervisor, the local Production Manager, and the local Front of House Manager. They will serve as the on-site direct contact and will be responsible for professional communication with third-party vendors, railroad staff, event employees and passengers. The Food and Beverage Supervisor provides leadership and support to their team, coordinates onboard inventory with production staff, ensures post show quality control of product, and manages daily operations to deliver a seamless passenger experience. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will carry out responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency, work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, and consistently maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.

Participate in the load in and load out process of the food and beverage area
Manage daily staff duties, executing inventory controls including replenishing, stockroom controls and receiving.

Oversee daily fast paced operations including all opening/closing processes, register management while ensuring 100% compliance with Rail Event Productions Food and Beverage event standards.
Ensure the product meets REP quality standards

Assist FOH Manager by ensuring the Retail or F&amp;B staff take their proper breaks

Lead staff training, inspire a high performing staff to deliver exceptional customer service, and manage employee performance and morale in a temporary and at times high-paced environment.
Responsible for weekly inventory of Food and Beverage amenities and product
