This involves overseeing food production and delivery areas, equipment maintenance, and housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a vital role in fostering a positive team environment while ensuring operational efficiency, and positive guest dining experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure excellent performance and customer service.</li><li>Oversee daily shift operations, including shift management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency in food presentation and taste.</li><li>Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.</li><li>Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.</li><li>Conduct regular shift meetings to communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven supervisory experience within the food service industry; experience in casual dining, fine dining, or quick service restaurants is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.</li><li>Ability to supervise staff training &amp; development programs.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
