Position Summary:</b></p>
<p>
The Utility Driver picks-up and delivers all product used in the delivery of the Meals on Wheels (MOW) program to clients, oversees the proper storage of product in the warehouse, stages and delivers orders to various departments and fills in, on a relief basis, in the delivery of meals to MOW Clients. Additionally, this position assists the Meals on Wheels management team in maintaining a clean, orderly and structured warehouse environment. As well as, assisting, supporting, and providing CCSN internal and external customers with any and all vehicle required transportation needs.</p>
<p><b>
Essential Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Safely drive Agency vehicles up to 30 feet in length.</li>
<li>Pick up and deliver product, in a prompt and orderly fashion, while maintaining quality control measures as defined by management.</li>
<li>Assist with loading meals and other food product, along with other items that are needed for each day&rsquo;s delivery.</li>
<li>Assist in the delivery of product to clients when needed due to business activity and/or shortage of drivers.</li>
<li>Deliver meal bags and any other items to service recipients per the delivery route sheet, following all established delivery and client service procedures.</li>
<li>Operate in a safe and proficient manner the equipment used within the warehouse environment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, pallet scales and other equipment as designated by the program manager.</li>
<li>Support Campus Program operations by transporting supplies, product, clients, employees, or others to various destinations, as needed.
</li><li>Transport any Campus related items to the dump or recycling center(s), as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with warehouse duties, as needed.</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies regarding asset protection and inventory of goods.</li>
<li>Learn and competently operate the software system within the warehouse.</li>

<p><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Job duties are performed in a warehouse that can reach extreme temperatures, hot or cold. Dirt, dust and debris may be present within the environment.</li>
<li>Must have ability to drive a vehicle throughout entire shift. Must be able to get in and out of delivery vehicle repeatedly throughout the day as necessary.</li>
<li>Ability to continuously sit and/or stand. Ability to climb stairs as needed. Walking, bending, and lifting are required when dealing with merchandise and processing of purchasing and donated goods.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, clients and delivery personnel.</li>

Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash</p></li><li><p>
Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, to facilitate customer service</p></li><li><p>
Maintain adequate supplies of items such silverware, carry out containers, carry out bags, etc</p></li><li><p>
Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers</p></li><li><p>
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants and mop or vacuum floors</p></li><li><p>
Serve ice water, coffee, or other beverages to patrons</p></li><li><p>
Other duties as assigned by management</p></li></ul><p><br>
Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>
Top tier communication and hospitality</p></li><li><p>
Must have weekend availability and work a minimum of 3 shifts per week</p></li><li><p>
Must be able to work with a team</p></li><li><p>
Fluent (or semi-fluent) in Spanish is a plus!</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
