Job OverviewThe Head of Football is responsible for leading and developing the football program at PSA Academy. This role oversees coaching standards, player development pathways, competition participation, and overall program growth. The Head of Football will ensure that training methodology, league participation, and player progression meet high professional standards while aligning with the academy&rsquo;s vision.Key Responsibilities1. Football Program Leadership<ul><li>Design and implement the academy&rsquo;s football development philosophy and curriculum across all age groups.</li><li>Oversee the structure of teams from recreational to competitive levels.</li><li>Ensure consistent coaching methodology across all venues and coaches.</li><li>Monitor training quality and maintain high technical standards.</li></ul>2. Manages uniforms, equipment and school facilities for the purpose of maintaining items in a responsible and safe manner. 
Monitors student athletes' academic eligibility for the purpose of both complying with AIA requirements as well as providing appropriate intervention (e.g. counseling, tutoring, etc.) to students identified as needing assistance to maintain their athletic eligibility. 
Supervises student athletes during all areas of participation for the purpose of ensuring activities are conducted in an environment with minimal risk of injury to the participants. 
Teaches sports techniques, playing rules, strategies, and playing tactics for the purpose of preparing the team and individual student athletes for the competition.
