Qualifications &amp; Experience</b><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required</li><li>
MBA, CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred</li><li>
7+ years of budgeting, financial planning &amp; analysis (FP&amp;A), or cost accounting experience</li><li>
Experience in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, or MRO environment strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience in inventory-heavy, project-based, or service-based operations is highly desirable</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis)</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Quantum, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or aviation-specific platforms)</li></ul><p><b>
