We are Hiring Forman !!!Prime Z Facility Management W.L.L seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage teams of plumbers, electricians, painters, and carpenters.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for daily tasks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.</li><li>Inspect work progress and quality, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project timelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3 Years of experience as a Foreman in construction or related fields.</li><li>Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, painting techniques, and carpentry.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

Civil site formanKey Responsibilities:1. Planning &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.</li><li>Prepare detailed work programs, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans.</li><li>Monitor site progress against the baseline schedule and identify any delays or deviations.</li><li>Propose recovery plans and corrective actions to keep the project on track.</li></ul>2. Site Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and supervisors.</li><li>Ensure the timely availability of materials, drawings, and resources as per the work program.</li><li>Liaise with consultants and clients regarding inspections, approvals, and progress updates.</li></ul>3. Technical &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Review IFC drawings and report any discrepancies or conflicts.</li><li>Ensure all civil and structural works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications.</li><li>Conduct inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain site standards.</li></ul>4. Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports with updated schedules and progress photos.</li><li>Maintain records of work done, delays, and site issues.</li><li>Support the preparation of interim payment certificates (IPC) based on progress achieved.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
