Milestone&rsquo;s Business Finance team provides critical financial and analytical support to its operational. Business partners i.e. delivery executives and managers within the company.</p><p></p><p><br>
This support includes operational performance reporting and analysis; financial analysis; weekly/monthly reviews and follow-ups with delivery executives and support teams to drive efficiency and productivity gains within the business line. These services are critical to achieving the company's strategic, operational and financial objectives.</p><p></p><p><br>
The Business Finance department provides a unique environment for energized and talented business and finance professionals to engage in the business as valued functional advisors, make meaningful contributions to the direction of a dynamic business, and be actively developed and recognized.</p><p></p><p><br>
Position Summary</p><p>
This role will be within the Business Finance team supporting all business units. Key areas of focus</p><ul><li>
This person will be the center point for all financial analysis revolving around Corporate Finance</li><li>
Develop monthly closing packages including Profit &amp; Loss Statement, Balance Sheet &amp; Statement of Cash Flow, deep understanding of all key drivers of the business and have ability to quickly analyze the impact as business conditions change</li><li>
Help with the integration of recently acquired companies</li><li>
Understanding business beyond just finance to anticipate needs and areas of potential business improvement.</li><li>
Balance and utilize their functional expertise, intellectual curiosity, ethics, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain integrative relationships and ensure best in class decision support and recommendation.</li><li>
Develop Sales and Business Development Strategy for your Region</li><li>
Develop and qualify opportunities in the San Francisco Bay area as well as other Regions as directed by Management</li><li>
Prospect and identify key target executives and companies to build trusted and lasting relationships</li><li>
Manage, track and report sales activities and results using Netsuite</li><li>
Build pipeline of qualified projects for continued growth</li><li>
Engage client stakeholders at the executive level to build brand awareness and credibility</li><li>
Collaborate closely with internal peer groups and our client teams for effective partnering</li><li>
Leverage all resources for pre/post-sales support to maximize close ratio and client satisfaction</li></ul><p>
How You Will Make an Impact</p><ul><li>
Focus on P&amp;L analysis.We want some who can deep dive into our Financial Statements on a monthly basis and explain what&rsquo;s driving the variance. Someone with the ability to deeply understand the business drivers and truly explain the trend within a business line.</li><li>
Track monthly Key business performance indicators (KPI&rsquo;s). Monthly review with the team presenting analysis and drivers of KPI&rsquo;s. Brainstorming and providing ideas on improving performance and productivity.</li><li>
Tracking financial performance analyzing plan vs. actuals performance on Monthly/Quarterly and Annual basis</li><li>
Partner and assist with annual / quarterly budgeting &amp; planning</li></ul><p>
What You Will Need To Succeed</p><br>

MBA/CA in Finance with 4-8 years of experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge and experience of financial /business analysis &amp; Accounting</li><li>
Ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to Executives and BU Managers</li><li>
Strong understanding of Project financials (Budget/invoicing/Accrual etc.)</li><li>
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.</li><li>
Proficient in Tableau and Excel.</li><li>
